Memberships, registrations, reservations, services, and other purchases are processed through a third-party booking platform rather than directly through LegacyHoopsWI.com.

or another third-party platform designated by Legacy Hoops.
Transactions completed through a third-party platform may be governed by additional terms, policies, and conditions provided by Legacy Hoops and/or the applicable third-party provider.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms before completing a transaction.
Legacy Hoops is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, or independent practices of a third-party booking or payment platform, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
5. Pricing and Availability
Program descriptions, schedules, availability, pricing, membership options, facility availability, and other information may change without notice.
We attempt to provide accurate and current information, but we do not guarantee that all Website information will always be complete, current, or free from errors.
If Website information conflicts with the terms presented during an applicable booking, registration, or purchase process, the terms specifically applicable to that transaction will control to the extent of the conflict.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Programs, memberships, training sessions, reservations, rentals, and other services may be subject to separate cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and no-show policies.

These Website Terms do not replace any separate cancellation or refund policy applicable to a particular Legacy Hoops service.

8. Athletic Activities and Safety
Athletic training, basketball, exercise, recreation, and other physical activities involve inherent risks.
Participants are responsible for following applicable facility rules, instructions, posted notices, and directions from Legacy Hoops personnel.
Specific risk acknowledgments, assumption-of-risk provisions, releases, and other terms relating to participation may be contained in separate participant waivers and agreements.
Nothing in these Website Terms is intended to modify or replace those agreements.
9. Facility and Program Rules
Individuals participating in Legacy Hoops programs or using Legacy Hoops facilities are expected to behave appropriately, respect other participants, staff, coaches, guests, and property, and comply with applicable facility and program rules.
Legacy Hoops reserves the right, subject to applicable agreements and law, to refuse or discontinue participation, access, or services when reasonably necessary to protect safety, enforce facility rules, address misconduct, or protect Legacy Hoops, its participants, employees, contractors, or guests.
10. Coaches, Programs, and Schedules
Legacy Hoops may modify coaches, instructors, program schedules, facility availability, training formats, or other operational details when reasonably necessary.
Unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement, the appearance of a particular coach, instructor, program, schedule, or facility offering on the Website does not guarantee its continued availability.
11. No Guarantee of Athletic Results
Information, instruction, programs, and services offered or described by Legacy Hoops are intended to support athletic development, training, recreation, and related goals.
Individual results vary.
Legacy Hoops does not guarantee specific improvements in athletic performance, playing time, team selection, scholarship opportunities, recruitment, competition results, or other athletic outcomes.
